1. Article – Definitions
The following definitions are used in these general terms and conditions:
Withdrawal period: the period during which the consumer may exercise the right to withdraw from the contract.
Consumer: any natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business or profession, who concludes a distance contract with the trader.
Fixed-term contract: a distance contract relating to a series of goods or services delivered over a specific period of time.
Right of withdrawal: the consumer’s right to withdraw from a distance contract within the specified withdrawal period.
Trader: a natural or legal person offering goods or services to consumers at a distance.
Distance contract: a contract concluded between the trader and the consumer exclusively through one or more means of distance communication.
CESOP: the Central Electronic Payment Information System introduced by the EU to monitor payment service providers.
2. Article – Trader Identity

3. Article – Scope
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers by the trader and all distance contracts concluded with the consumer.
Before concluding the contract, the consumer is provided access to these terms electronically or in another durable form.
4. Article – Offer
Offers are non-binding, and the trader reserves the right to modify them.
Each offer clearly states the total price, including shipping fees, customs duties and any additional charges imposed by postal or delivery services.
5. Article – Contract
The contract enters into force when the consumer accepts the offer and meets the specified requirements.
The trader will confirm acceptance immediately by email.
6. Article – Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the moment the product is received, without providing any reason.
Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.
7. Article – Effects of Withdrawal
The trader will refund the payment within 14 days after withdrawal, provided that the product is returned in its original condition and packaging.
8. Article – Customs, Import Duties and Taxes
8.1.
All products sold on this website are shipped under Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) terms. This means the customer is fully responsible for all costs and obligations related to importing the goods into the destination country.
8.2.
These obligations include, but are not limited to:
(a) payment of customs duties, VAT or other taxes;
(b) clearance and handling fees charged by customs authorities, postal services or couriers;
(c) compliance with local laws, product regulations and certification requirements.
8.3.
The seller (“trader”) is not the official importer. Legal ownership of the goods transfers to the customer once the shipment is dispatched. The trader is not responsible for delays, confiscations or penalties arising from the customer’s failure to meet import requirements.
8.4.
The trader provides the necessary documents for international shipping, but does not guarantee that they meet all requirements in the destination country. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the goods may legally be imported.
8.5.
The customer indemnifies the trader for any losses or penalties imposed by customs authorities related to the customer’s non-compliance with import requirements.
8.6.
Customers are advised to contact their local customs office before placing an order to avoid unexpected costs or delays.
9. Article – CESOP Compliance
From 2024 onward, payment service providers will register transactions in the CESOP system in accordance with EU regulations. The trader complies with these requirements.
10. Article – Compliance and Warranty
The trader guarantees that the products comply with the contract and applicable laws.
Complaints about defects must be submitted in writing within 14 days.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
11. Article – Delivery
Orders are delivered within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
If delivery is delayed, the trader will inform the customer within 14 days after the order is placed.
Orders are shipped in such a way that the customer is the legal recipient and responsible for import.
The trader is not responsible for customs delays or additional fees.
12. Article – Complaint Handling
Complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days from the moment the issue is discovered.
The trader will respond within 14 days. If more time is required, the customer will be informed of the expected timeframe.
13. Article – Dispute Resolution
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
Disputes will first be addressed amicably. If resolution is not possible, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
