Return & Refund Policy

Returns Process

Do you need to return your parcel for any reason?
Please contact us by email at info@dianarose-vancouver.com within 30 days to start the return process.

The item must be in its original condition – unused, undamaged, with tags attached and in the original packaging.

Once you contact us, the Diana & Rose Vancouver customer service team will provide you with the return address and the necessary instructions.
We do not charge any additional fees for returned items.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service to make sure the parcel arrives safely, as the customer is responsible for the shipment until it is received.
Please note that return shipping costs are covered by the customer.


Refunds

As soon as we receive your parcel, we will send you a confirmation email.
Processing and the refund may take up to 14 days.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used when placing your order.


Order Cancellation

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by email at info@dianarose-vancouver.com.
Please make sure you reach out before the order is processed so that we can review your request.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Has your parcel arrived with a problem?

If you have received damaged or incorrect items, please contact us by email at info@dianarose-vancouver.com within 24 hours of receipt.
Please include photos, your order number and a description of the issue.

We will do our best to resolve the situation quickly.


Exchanges

We accept returns.

If you would like to exchange an item, simply contact our customer service team at info@dianarose-vancouver.com, and we will explain the next steps.


Important Information

  • You have 30 days to initiate a return.

  • Up to 14 days for processing and refund.

  • No additional fees for exchanges.

  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA, AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE.
